I am a 45 year old Father of 1, Stepfather of 3 and Grandfather of 2. I am active in My local Church and I really don't kow what I want to be when I grow up!
My Education is varied and has spanned 28 years since High School. I began as a Psycology Major with a Pre-Ministerial Minor at Azusa Pacific University. Two years later I returned to the work force. Four years later I began an Electrical Engineering Program at California State University Fresno. This attempt also lasted two years before savings ran out. I began taking classes on line at Embry Riddle in 1999 and after many delays I hope to complete my first degree within the next 6 months!
I began working while still in Jr. High School. My father was a school teacher and also a General Contractor. We all attended school during the winter and built a house in the summer. I worked the construction trades till I left for College. While in school I drove school bus to earn spending money. When returning to the work force between educational ventures I worked construction as a project manager. In 1989 I began working for the City of Victorville Building and Safety Department. Construction slowed in 1991 and I was transfered to Traffic Engineering because of my drafting ability and experience. I enjoyed Traffic Engineering till I recieved a promotion and was transfered to become the Airport Operations Supervisor for Southern California Logistics Airport in 1997. I was responsible for all Airport Operations, Airfield Electrical Systems, as well as Airport Security untill I was again transfered returning to the Engineering Department and finally back into Traffic Engineering where I am currently employed.
The first and most important Like is Ice Cream! I have tasted Ice cream in many different countries and I have never met an Ice Cream I didn't like! I enjoy two horses and living on a lake. I enjoy Golf, however it is not something that I would Say I am good at. My favorite animal is the Bear. I like Planes, trains, and Automobiles. Most things mechanical. I like old cars, trucks of all kinds to include monster trucks!
